I am a singer who tends to hit random pitches. I Love my wife Rachel and my five children. Sierra (11), Aleya (8) Jayden (7) Jackson (7) Kaiden 3. Four of our five children are adopted so I am very interested in adoptions and the stories that go with them. I am a dairy farmer which I enjoy most of the time. Most importantly I love the Lord.
I hunt deer, moose and grouse. Unfortunately, I seem to be able to shoot only grouse.
Deer and moose react to the feeling of danger by running away. Grouse react to the feeling of danger by sitting very still and thinking they are hiding. I can hit things that sit still. I'm not good at thitting things that run away.
I married into a family of avid deer hunters, which is why DH is snoring in bed at the moment and I'm enjoying Date Night by myself on the internet.
I went about 2 times with C. hunting.
Once when we were dating and I was so cold I was miserable the entire time. We were in DE at the time and I even brought along a thick sleeping bag that I sat in, way up in the tree. WE kept whispering 'sweet nothings' in each others ear and surprise, surprise. WE didn't get anything.
5 years later I went again, only this time I was great with child, but determined to go along and be quiet so we could have a good hunt. (That fact alone nearly put the old ladies in church into cardiac arrest.) So we bundled up in carhart coveralls and climbed the tree stand this time I was toasty warm) and in less than 30 minutes had shot 2 deer. We were very pumped! That was just last year and alas, I have to share the hunt this year along with my 3 oldest children, so I'm not going on opening weekend. Sorry for the long comment.

I can't hit things that sit still...
I hunt deer but not as much as I used to. My oldest son lives to hunt these days. He hunts deer, geese, ducks.
