Chess Pie

Here is the recipe for the one and only pie.....
Fourth cup of margerine.
Half cup of sugar.
One cup of brown sugar.
One eighth teaspoon of salt. (This is to offset all that sugar.)
Three eggs.
One teaspoon of Vanilla.
One tablespoon of flour.
One half cup of milk.
You place all of these ingredients in the blender and then blend it.
Bake it at 375 degrees until the knife comes out clean which is 40-50 minutes.

Thanks, Glen. I'm not much of a cook, but this looks like something I could manage, and I'm looking forward to trying it!

By the way you pour that blended mixture into an unbaked pie shell before baking it. :-)

Glen eats it warm, cold, or in the pot 9 days old. Well ok just warm or cold I guess. And with coffee.
I prefer it warm with ice cream! It is SO sweet and absolutly delicious!
