Baked Potato Topper

1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
One fourth C. soft butter
One half C. sour cream
Onion chopped (optional)
Whip cheese and butter until fluffy. Add sour cream and whip together. Add onion if desired. Serve on baked potato.
There it is folks. Copied directly from The Basics and More cookbook.

Have you ever wondered were these recipes come from? Who would think to add half a teaspoon of something? Who would think that adding half a teaspoon of something would make a world of difference in the taste? These people must be geeks/nerds or something of that nature.
