Stress

How do you combat stress? Do you go for walks, read, mow the lawn, ride bike, or play football? Maybe you read blogs to help you realize you are not the only person who is stressed out!

I drink strong coffee...
I just did it after my awful test. It decreased my stress level...
When I leave school, I will scream. That helps to!!!

Depends on what kind of stress. If I'm r-e-a-l-l-y stressed, I kind of 'shut down' and start working hard, like not talking to anybody and ignoring them completely. Usually my stress is work related, otherwise if it's not, I unwind with a latte and my Bible. There's just nothing more soothing.
