Ice Cream

I am currently listening to the ice cream machine churning its way round and round in tight circle. I think it is slowly slowing... How many of you make ice cream? What flavors do you make? Are you a hand crank kind of ice cream guy/girl?

Church Picnic

We didn't have a church service tonight. Instead we met at Grandaddies pond and had a picnic. I really liked this. Alot of interaction with other folks. I wish we would do more of it....

Games

What games do you and your family play on a regular basis? Board, card, word, pictunary, which I hate, etc. Do you and your spouse agree or like the same kind of games? I like Rook, Rachel doesn't. We do both like scrabble but we would not land in the genius category...

Flavored Water???

How many of you have grabbed a bottled water at the convience store and discovered it WASN'T WHAT YOU THOUGHT IT WAS!!!!
That happened to me tonight. I wanted water not some fizzle saturated, unfulfilling, tasteless, fruit imitating water.... Anyway, I think they should kindly consider marking the bottles differently. You know, make them look different so the ninny's like me wouldn't pick up the wrong bottle....

PR Trip

My in laws are on a PR trip for Heralds Of Hope, HOH. I am wondering if any of you have gone to hear what he has to say. HOH has quite a ministry using a 30 min. radio program. I am not sure of all the details but I do know they have to pay for all the air time they use. So I am wondering if: One, are you familiar with HOH?
Two, have you heard the radio program?
Three, did you hear dad on his current PR trip?

Wal-Mart

We are bored! We decided, at the last minute, to go to Wal-Mart! We are bored! We have been stuck in the house for a week. Haven't felt like going anywhere. So, it is off to Wal-Mart. How many of you go to Wal-Mart when you are bored?

Binges

I try not to drink too many soda's. This is for several reasons. One, it isn't overly healthy. Two, it is more expensive then water. However, once a quarter or so I go through this binge. I long for an ice cold soda. Preferably a Dr. Pepper. How bout you?

Do Women Do This?

Wednesday evening Daddy wondered if the men wanted to go out for breakfast Saturday morning. The men he is referring to are my Uncle James, Uncle Bob, Grandpa, Jon Alan, and Ben. Uncle Vance was invited but they went back to Harrisonburg last evening. My question is this: Do women go out for breakfast? If not, what do they go out for, tea? By the way, guys, what is so special about breakfast? I would much rather go out for breakfast then for supper/dinner. I wonder why that is? Is it just a man thing?

eBay (Again)

So what have you purchased on eBay? I just found a really good buy on a few hydraulic fittings. Of course I have also bought sheet music, CDs, tools, books, etc. I know some folks have bought vehicles on eBay. This always seemed a little risky to me. Have any of you sold a vehicle on eBay? If so, how did it go? Did you make more than you expected?
