Rain (Or Not)

I am wondering if we here in south central Va. are the only people enduring a rather serious drought? How much rain have you had since March? I don't think my crops have received 4 inches of water. This is a real concern because it will affect my next years milk production which will affect my milk check which will affect, well, you get the point.
